Q: Do the prints come in a frame?
A: All our prints are unframed. The examples shown are just to give you an idea of how they look on your wall. 

Q: Are the prints only available in the sizes shown?
A: They work best in the sizes listed but we can adapt slightly sometimes.

Q: How long does my order take?
A: We will post within 24 hours of ordering and delivery is usually 1-3 days. During busy times like Christmas this could be a day more.

Q: Will a custom order take longer?
A: Not usually but we would need to send a preview for you to check before posting.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Please see the Shipping / Returns page.

Q: I'd like something that you haven't got listed, can you help?
A: Yes, we can do any album you like. Simply order on the link below and just let us know the artist and the album in the order notes.
